如果是教育，就不是說說而已！
每天都可以在網路上、新聞上看到一些批評台灣教育墮落的文章，自己從事教育工作也已經十多個年頭，待過補教業、待過學校，也短暫的當過系主任，接觸過各式各樣的學制與學生，當然一些學者提到教育的問題也就不累述了，不過我一直認為講不如做，做不如從自己開始做，改變教育太大，不如從上課形式，或是說聽課形式開始。
在我的教學生涯中，接觸過國內和國外的學生，我覺得最大的差別就是思考能力和膽量，國外的學生都會有一股不同的氣息，上課時比較會思考或說比較願意思考，甚至根據思考的方向來提出問題，台灣的學生相對來說，思考能力就沒那麼好，甚至於習慣了「聽講」性質的課程，就是默默的聽，導致創新、創意能力都比較低，一直以來我教的課程都跟創意和設計有關，一直以來也都以導引思考方向為主來教課，上課常常會以案例的方式來詢問學生一些思考後的意見，但慢慢發現很多學生沒辦法適應，他們只想要有答案，只希望得到答案，過程、原因、方法都不重要，傳統的「畫線、背起來」的學習方式，當然，如果說這們課你只是想蒙混過關，那當然用這個方法不會有錯，但蒙混過後只不過是浪費你的生命和金錢，何必呢？
所以如果你也覺得教育應該改變，為什麼不從自己開始做起，而是一直只是想和講呢？
